The Nerfracker #2
Our variety puzzles may be nerve-wracking, but our Nerfrackers are of a different variety.
Thanks for everyone's feedback on the first Nerfracker — this series truly is service-minded, so your thoughts on how we can make it more useful are valued. To that end, we've added a new lowest rung to the ladder of cryptosity: We now have a version that offers the trifecta of boldfaced definitions, italicized indicators, and type of clue. And we're taking it under advisement to optimize our gridding so that we get more consonants in our crossing letters.
Thanks to one of the all-time greats, joeadultman, for the test solve. Reminder that the linked PDF is for the no-aids version, but that the Crossword Nexus solver at the end of each of those buttons offers a solid print option.
